Role Overview
A key position within the Creative team and wider business. The Creative Production Manager owns the operational side of the Creative workflow. Reporting directly to the Head Of Creative & Branding, this role is responsible for the management, planning, budgeting and timely delivery of all Creative output end to end. Working closely with channel owners and key stakeholders, as well as the Creative team leads to maintain clear lines of communication, manage expectations and ensure a collaborative and ‘can do’ approach across all creative briefs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the creative output & workflow on a day-to-day basis ensuring all channels and work streams are resourced correctly and working to correct deadlines.
- Build and own critical paths for all creative projects and workflows.
- Manage Ecom & PDP imagery production from end to end
- Responsible for the shoot schedule across our own studio and external studios
- Manage the creative budget, reporting regularly to the HOC and finance team.
- Lead status meetings and be responsible for gathering and sharing feedback
- Produce weekly project and status updates for CMO and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure all briefs are clear, correctly shared and delivered on time for the creative team to work efficiently to.
Skills Required
- Ability to effectively manage and deliver multiple briefs and projects at once within a creative, brand or marketing environment.
- Ability to and experience of delivering multi-channel creative projects across digital and print/POS
- Experience (ideally) of managing a busy ecom or creative studio and the planning of commercial content production.
- Track record of working on and delivering successful projects from start to finish.
- Highly organised with an attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confidence to liaise with senior company stakeholders.
- Pro-active with can do attitude.
- Ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced environment.
